Welcome Home Ocala Realty was originally introduced as Lot and Block Realty,inc, located in Sebastian, FL, almost fifteen years ago. Betti Silverman has been the Broker/Owner since inception. In 2007 she moved her home and business to Ocala,Fl and states "This was one of the best decisions I've made. The schools are great, people are friendly and there is a lot of networking opportunity." Her family has owned and operated Real Estate Companies for over Fifty years and has continued to renew the companies processes to align with the current Market status. Her innovative strategies has continued to nurture the success of the company.
For several years they have been working with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other asset companies both Listing and Selling. After almost ten years specializing on foreclosures Bettti wanted to focus her direction on Luxury Homes, Farms and Residential and decided to change the company name to Welcome Home Ocala Realty and re-brand.
